Terms & Condition of Export

1. Pricing

The price quoted in this web catalog are wholesale FOB Kathmandu which includes local custom clearance, packaging and local taxes. Freight charges/Shipping charges, Insurance and import taxes if any are payable by the buyers. We use both sea and air freight mode of shipment as per client's instruction for large size order. We deliver goods door to door via DHL/TNT/Fedex/Aramex express courier service on very competitive wholesale rate for order below 150 kg weight. This method is very convenient for retail shops in USA, Europe, Australia,Japan and others.

2. Stock

Though the stock shown on the website are one or two pcs or none, you may order any quantity while ordering. Average stocking of products ranges from 10 to 100 pcs of each item. We encourage buyers to place minimum 3 pcs of order for fast delivery.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made within one week upto two months maximum depending upon size of order. However, we will give you exact delivery date at the time of order confirmation. For small order we deliver goods within a week depending upon stock availability.

4. Payment Methods and Procedures

For large order we accept bank telegraphic transfer and bank draft. For first time buyer and order exceeding 500.00 $ we need an advance of 25%.

5. Shipping and Custom Policies

5.1 We are using DHL, Aramex and Fedex for delivery . They deliver normally within 4 to 7 business days up to your door step. If you have special preference for choice of courier service you may let us know. The shipping price vary little bit as per the courier service. We will let you know the shipping cost , once your order enquiry is sent . You can simply add items on "add to basket" and follow check out procedure to send inquiry.

5.2.Shipping Charges to be paid in Nepal is much lesser than paying in customer's country . So we advise customers to pay shipping charges in Nepal to get maximum discount.

5.3. Customer should report us and concerned courier services immediately for any damage goods or loss goods subject to the condition of box being received in damage condition or open condition within a week. Any loss of items /damage case reported after more than one week is not entertained.

5.4. Write to us for shipping rate at vchakhun@ntc.net.np along with your order. The shipping rate will be based on the gross weight of your total goods. Some time shipping company charges on volumetric weight for bulky light items.

5.5. We advise buyers to use air cargo for order above 150 kg up to 999 kg . Above 1000 kg can be economical to send by Sea cargo if the delivery time is ok for 45 days in shipping. Air cargo also takes about a week to reach to destination.

6. Insurance

Insurance can be arranged for shipment upon request.

7. Custom Orders

We accept custom order or buyer's specific design. We provide exclusively design as per request. Please send your request with details.

8. Errors on Pricing and Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order or request for price change due to price errors printed on the website due to technical problem or any other reasons. We will ask further instruction to customers whether to readjust the price or cancel the order. Once order is confirmed, the price will not change.
